Theodore G. Lumpkin has been associated with TASF as president of LACTAI from 2007 through 2010. He has been a member of the Los Angeles Chapter since 1974 and is a Documented Tuskegee Airman. A member of the 332nd Fighter Group, Lumpkin severed overseas in Italy during WWII as a member of the 100th Fighter Squadron, 332nd Fighter Group. Lumpkin joined the USAF active reserves in 1946 and retired from the Active Air force Reserves in 1979 with the rank of LTC.
Lumpkin currently is a real estate broker in Los Angeles and is an active member of the Consolidated Board of Realtists and the Southwest Association of Realtors. Prior to being a Real Estate Broker, Lumpkin was an administrator for the County of Los Angeles for 32 years Lumpkin is married to Georgia and they are the proud parents of 4 children, 9 grand children and 1 great grand child.
