Farrell J. Chiles joined the TASF Board in January 2007. He is a retired United States Army Chief Warrant Officer with 38 years of military experience.

Chiles previously served as President of Christian Service Charities and as Chairman of the Board of Neighbor to Nation, both are federations of non-profit organizations that participate in workplace giving campaigns. Chiles also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Blacks In Government from 2002-2006. He was on the National Combined Federal Campaign Committee for six years and a member of the Orange County Local Federal Campaign Committee from 2001-2006 and served as its president in 2002.
